Poor care as no therapy
I.e one to one, using things like EDMR CBT? Not enough to do to keep occupied. Just medication.
Too much time, doing nothing. Much more activity needed. Some staff abrupt and rude + lack compassion and empathy.
A lot of the time under staffed

Friendly welcoming staff - not threatening or abusive
Time by myself
Pleasant room and en suite
Good food
Kind of staff to bring my meds to my room
One difficulty- my one change of clothes has disappeared from the laundry room overnight

Staff are friendly. Good.
Very efficient sometimes they came to close for comfort like staring in your face with their sofas infront of my bed it made me nervous I know they are only doing their duty.
Sometimes night staff do not bring enough white toast of pink sugar table.
Emily is nice Franklin is okay.
Everybody is nice especially Tohora.
